The slowdown control sensors CRT30 series are presented as an M30 threaded metal sensor with inductive detection with intervention distances between 4 and 6 mm on metallic material. They are used to control the speed slowdown of a rotary or linear movement, verifying that the time detected by the sensor between two pulses does not become higher than the one set due to a slowdown or stop because of a mechanical malfunction in conveyor belts, bucket elevators, mixers etc.
The device contains both the metal-sensitive inductive detection system and the deceleration control system. Furthermore, the power supply voltage of 18÷50Vdc and 18÷240Vac, the various programming possibilities and the exchange relay output make it a compact and practical device for the fitter to use. This device represents an excellent solution for verifying sliding, conveyor breakage, overload, etc. in equipment such as conveyor belts, bucket elevators, crushers, grinders, pumps, mixers and other equipment where slowing down or stopping due to mechanical breakage or abnormal functioning needs to be controlled.
